The weight of your order will determine the shipping amount and method used.  We currently use Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to carefully ship our products throughout the United States. Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Metro Graphic Arts, items can be returned. Please note, most of our products can be viewed in detail on our website prior to purchase. In addition, if you have a question regarding a product, our knowledgeable sales team is willing and able to provide accurate product descriptions prior to purchase. Because of these factors, there is a restocking fee on all returned item(s). The restocking fee is 40% of the entire order. All shipping fees on returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. Please return item(s) to Metro Graphic Arts within 2 weeks of receipt along with a reason for your return. Thank you.
